Sims gaining skills WAY too fast

Has anyone else encountered the issue of their sims gaining skills MUCH too fast? Like it takes about 10 seconds per level. I've deleted all lot traits and all personality traits that have an effect o...

I'd start with the 50/50 method of checking mods. Something could have gotten corrupted.
