Sims keep eating spoiled food

I've noticed this as well. The game seems to have a few oddities happening since the last patch.

I haven't been having any issues with this, but I have noticed that my sim doesn't get the negative moodlet when spoiled food is around her.

I find you have to keep a lookout for those green steaming plates of food before Sims even get to think of them and get them to clear them away or cancel them if they pick them up. In families I always get the kids to clear away the dinner plates too.

If kids are rude enough to try and raid the fridge for a spoilt dish whilst a parent is preparing dinner they also get told to set the table or do their homework as well. Needs a lot of micro-management this game! :)

Yes I have been having this same issue and it is driving me crazy. I repaired and it did not help. Removed all mods and the issue definitely remained. Believe i is a bug. Anyone know where we can report this so it can be worked on?

Yeah wow same I didnt think it was a bug though. My sims are vegetarian and they keep eating the spoiled food they find on the beach even if it has meat in it. They’ve never autonomously chosen spoiled or non vego food when theres alternatives
