I think this is by far the fastest way to make money in the Sims 4. Trendi feels like a cheat and broken though, so I've banned it in my game.
All you have to do is set ONE outfit to sell for 9,999,999 and eventually your Sims will have the maximum amount of simoleons allowed per household in the game.
this is like a super cheat in the game. if you mark it up to the max price- it will eventually always sell no matter what- I love it.
there used to be an exaggerated Dream Home Decorator payout when you were on the top of the career path and did a good job. I loved it but then a base game update changed it-- I hated that-- who is to say- if you a hot shot designer- sky is the limit for what they can charge.
