It has worked for me every time. I usually keep a supply of strawberries in my pregnant sim's inventory and have her eat one every couple of in game hours. She also spends a lot of the pregnancy listening to pop music.
With my latest set of twins I thought it had failed because one of the twins looked like a boy when they aged up to infant. After I'd already given him a girl's name. Turned out when I went into CAS he was actually a she. I decided to go with the boy and changed her to him in CAS.
Brilliant! thank you! I will stock up on strawberries 😄 I may need to put another stereo in her bedroom and lock the door to only her though, most of her kids are metalheads and that's usually all that's playing 😁
Some girl infants do look like boys don't they 😂
