Simscommunity giveaways

Hi, anyone knows if simscommunity is a game changer? He did a giveaway, i was one of the winner and didnt got the code, on september 6th another player in another giveaway didnt got the code either. Does anyone had trouble with them? I thought simscommunity was reliable, i follow them for many years, never thought i will ever be fooled by them. Its really frustrating.
