Simstagram Sims?

I know if you simstagram your pet often enough it will become so popular you will start receiving gifts for your pet for free. If you simstagram your sim and they become popular do you get anything for them too? Is there any benefit to it?

    I don't think i've ever gotten any gifts from it. It raises fame. I think that's the only real benefit.

    Oh wow! I didn't know about the gifts for your pet! I am so going to start simstagramming my pets more. :D
