Simstagram Story?

When doing an acting gig, there is a task that instructs to add to simstagram story. The instructions say to click on the phone and select simstagram story to add to it. Well, I do that and there isn't an option anywhere to add to simstagram story. Basically, I have no clue as to how to perform that task because the option doesn't exist on my phone.

Would anyone know how to perform that task at acting job?
