Hm. I'm not having this problem. Sorry, you're Sims' home is being 'invaded'. What my Sim is unhappy about is that he's a Global Superstar, of TV, film and music. He's got Obsessed Fans, too, who hang around out front, sometimes, sans clothing. Leave tiered cakes and trash on the ground, that my Sim feels obligated to clean up so that his neighbors don't yell at him for bringing the value of their neighborhood down. At least the Paparazzi don't leave anything behind. Oh, and he keeps his gates locked. That might help you out, too.
