Skin Color Patch
Okay so I was super excited to see the skin color patch come out. Now not so much. Have the developers never seen actual human skin? I have a lot of NPC's running around my world now with skin tones...

I think all babies have a dark skin icon currently. It's the case in all of my homes where thy have a baby - icon skin is not matching. The real thing is correct though, and skin has been corrected as I grow them up to toddlers.
OP, I agree that many skins have a way too red-ish tone to them, but I assume it's pretty easy correcting that in CAS. There are many skin tones without the red glow. Those NPCs will be a bit tougher to fix though.
