I saw some people complaining about this and the arms staying "normal" even when you made fatty simmies.
I can still see the pictures, not sure why. There is a definite difference between the slim arms/face and the large arms/face. (Trying to use inoffensive terms here. I'm a large woman and happily so; I like the word large).
