Small change to the scared emotion please

As it stands right now, sims are able to sleep while in the scared emotion, which makes no sense to me.

When I'm scared, I cannot sleep. This is a very common thing.

You should need to calm your sims down before you can send them off to bed.

Whether that results in them passing out from exhaustion is simply a consequence, something the game really needs.
