Today’s update covers a handful of bug fixes and improvements. Thank you for your support and continued reporting efforts via EA Forums. It really helps us identify the issues you care the most about. The Forums are also a great spot for reporting any issues with text and translation.

Bug Fixes

Base Game / Multipack

  • [EA Forums] The ability to drag spoiled items from Object and Sim inventories to the trash or sink has been restored.
  • [EA Forums] The Sharing is Caring Whiteboard can be placed once again!
  • [EA Forums] Gnomes have stopped constantly wiggling, jumping, or shaking after being placed from Build Mode.
  • Plants will keep their names and information when placing a Lot with gardened Plants from the Gallery.
  • [EA Forums] Household members that have custom painting and are placed via Manage Households no longer lose their texture when you switch to that household. This includes Cats, Dogs, Horses, Werewolves, Fairies, and regular Sims.

Seasons

  • Seed packets from Gnomes can now go into your Sim's inventory with the "Put in Inventory" interaction.

Console

  • We have addressed stability issues introduced in a prior update on consoles. We will continue to monitor closely.

    I won't play the game ever again nor will I buy the fairy pack before the pitch black bug gets fixed.

    Can confirm they fixed the dragging issue. no pregnancy test though 😒What is the pitch black bug?

    Awww but it looks like the pitch black horses and pets aren't fixed... Do I need to paint them again? 😰

    //Ahh they weren't fixed retroactively. I had played quite a lot, so I didn't want to go back in my saves. I lost a painted fennec fox, a shetland sheepdog and a horse. They look worse now, but oh well... I can live with it.

    Appreciate the fixes, no fix to the pregnancy bug though, hopefully they will get that one fixed, it looks like they are on it.

    Pitch black bug ?! WTH where is this listed i didnt see that anywhere, where is that list the 5th thing in the list i cant go thru all these lists i already have a headache from the white screen why is this so fing complicated, no other game give you trouble like that ! It's not worth the wasted time anymore

    this game does not want me to play it

    My sim keeps getting raises in their career but not promotion. I have a sim in the business career at level 5 with +12 raises on it :(
