Gnomes Glitch-Dancing/ Jumping around

could you please provide the following info:

- Are you using any mods/cc in your game and if so, did you test without them ?

I'm having the same issue.  I only have mccc but I did disable it, verified my files and am still having the same problem.  When I first put the gnome on the lot and it started moving, my sim even walked over to it and kept looking at it.  I attached a video.  In the video, I'm in build mode, my sim keeps looking gnome, while in build mode.  I was unable to delete the gnome(at first it made the delete noise, but then said nothing to delete), move it to the household inventory, move it to my sims inventory, and wasn't able to take the element off.  I went to save and close my game, and it froze, so I had to stop the game through task manager.  When I went back in, the 3 hours I played was gone.  

This is in my game as well, no mods here cause of the update disabling them.  Also seen a couple posts on reddit about it.

Since the last patch on July 1st, the gnomes in my save game have been constantly hopping up and down. This constant movement is driving me crazy. I like to use the gnomes as garden decorations, but I can't stand it anymore. This constant fidgeting is incredibly annoying. 

I play on a Windows PC and have never used mods or CC.

Me too. All of my gnomes have ants in their pants and won’t stop bouncing. No mods or CC, playing on Mac

Same twitching gnomes since Jul 1 update. I'm on PS4. 

Having same issue. No mods or cc ever in my game. Have all EPs, all GPs except Batuu, all SP and a variety of kits.

HI! Long time Simmer here and I too, have the wiggling gnomes. 

Now, color me curious but we know that the next expansion has Gnomish powers, maybe there are super excited for fairies too? I have no mods, no Non Sims DLC or anything that would cause wackiness to my game so my only theory is Natures Calling is ... calling to them ... But that's just my 2 simolians! <3

My poolside gnome was dancing pre-update. Post-update all the gnomes dance even while they're active for harvest day.
