Snowy Escape Neighborhood Song

I wonder what you mean with neighborhood song?

Not sure what you mean by neighborhood song, but there is a new radio station called Japanese Folk. Is this what you’re looking for? Also, when one of the world festivals is announced a little tune plays.
Other than that, the EP score is only present in CAS and Build Mode which you already mentioned.

The loading music sounds like the original loading music with a chord change. Da-na-nah, da-na-nah, da-na na-na-NA-nanah... Does that help?

@babajayne I'm sorry, I won't use italics anymore. I didn't realize it's hard for some people to read.

No, I mean when you view the neighborhoods/worlds or the screen that shows you the different worlds available. Not the theme song for the game when it first loads. I seem to be causing confusion more than anything else, so I'm really sorry about that, too. I really doubt they included a neighborhood song in this E.P. because there couldn't be that big of a glitch that I wouldn't hear it, so don't worry about it. I'm sure I would've heard it by now. I appreciate the three of you trying to help.

@Auroraskies I've probably just played this game way, way too much.

If you mean the song that also plays when you load the game, they did make one. I have heard it a few times and it took weeks... Usually I only ever hear Island Living and sometimes Uni... :/ Those 2 seem to be dominant and I only rarely ever hear any others, but I have heard one for Snowy Escape.

Oh, I love when I can instantly recognize features of the game so I plan to play this game too much as well!

I listened for the song, when playing tonight.

I had Manage World view/World select, with all the round images of the worlds on the screen. I have all except Forgotten Hollow.

The melody playing in World select was the same melody throughout, and continued uninterrupted as I clicked on each of the world icons, loading the world map of each of them.

When in a specific world view, like Brindleton Bay, the melody was the same as in World select; but magnified in strength.

When returning to World select; the melody diminished in volume.

I could be misunderstanding where I am to listen for it. You could post a picture or a video if you like, or describe the steps to get there. I also love unsolved issues in the game, so don't be sorry for the confusion; it’s as entertaining as the game.

@Auroraskies That's exactly what I was talking about! I'm so glad you understand. It plays right after the theme song that plays when you first load the game. It's calm in world view and then much more upbeat in map view. I don't think they added one for Snowy Escape which was a real bummer! As far as I know, all the expansion and game packs came with one, so I'm very surprised at this. I looked it up on YouTube and noticed that this E.P. only came with four songs altogether. They normally come with a theme song, a world/map view one, a CAS one, and two (maybe three) build/buy ones.

So when I listened for it, I heard no unique song/melody added for any of the world map views; since it was the same for all of them.

But do you mean that there is no music playing at all in the Mount Komorebi World Map view?

Edit: Or, maybe you mean that for each pack there is a new melody added, for that particular view; and that which melody plays is randomly chosen each time Manage World view is loaded?

I will listen for it again, when next in game, and load Manage World view several different times. You do have a good ear!
