Snowy escape townies ???
Where are the townies I have been living in the world I hardly see people around so my world is very much empty

But seriously, I see them at the bar all the time - When I had my sims go on vacation there all I mostly saw was townies from other worlds. It's obnoxious how they design things sometimes.

Honestly, I'm not sure why you're not seeing the townies from Mt Komorebi--I see them out and about. But the thing is, there aren't many of them to start with
