Snowy Escape: What Is the Setting To Have Sims Take Off Their Shoes On Household Lot?

Question

Is there a setting for Sims to take off their shoes on a lot?  I wanted to implement this in my Sims homes but don't see it.  I totally must be missing something lol.  If anyone knows...please do tell.  Feel silly for posting this, but I've been looking all over &amp; can't find it.

There is a sign you have to hang up on the wall. You can also disable sims from taking off thier shoes on this sign.

You can also use the existing shoe racks to do the setting if you want a bit of variety.Just search 'shoe' in the catalogue and you will see them all come up. The sign is called Taming of the Shoe.
