- I didn't notice a change in cooking UI and I'm pretty sure the cakes have always been under cooking tab, as the baking skill requires GTW.
- Netzspannung8 years agoSeasoned AceHamburger cake, blue confetti cake, strawberry cake and such were always under cooking. I cannot see a change in the cooking UI either in my game.
- Yes, cakes have been under cooking as long as I can remember. What's different with the cooking UI?
- Yeah they've always been under cooking with the exception of the gourmet ones. Sounds like you maybe had a mod that put them under baking and it's broken now after the patch...
- Suziish8 years agoSeasoned AceMaybe it was mods Cause my cakes were under baking. Totally could have been a mod, which just means, I really need to get all my mods updated as soon as possible, because it just makes more sense under baking.
The cooking UI could be a mod, too (I do have 250 mods, after all). The "have", "serve", and "Cook" all had the same pop up menu with the pictures, not just the meal with a price.
When you go from 250 mods, you tend to forget what all is mods and what all is game. :D :D :D "ChelleJo;c-16551458" wrote:

Holy Popsicles, Batman! How does your game run with 250 mods?! I can barely get MCCC and a few CC to operate in my game!- Suziish8 years agoSeasoned Ace

I have 250 mods and nearly 3,800 pieces of CC. It doesn't even hesitate. It loads pretty fast (2 minutes-ish), I don't have lag or other issues. Just regular ol' EA bugs and glitches. :)
I am thinking of weeding through some of it, not for any reason other than, it's very time consuming to weed thru updating that many mods. That's how I get to spend my morning today, updating as many mods as possible.
Me and Patch Day are never friends. :D :D :D - sikoah8 years agoSeasoned Veteran@ChelleJo I thought I was bad with CC and Mods. :D I am on vanilla atm waiting for mods to be updated. It's definitely a different experience. Not in a bad way just in a way where I really miss the options.
- Stina1701A8 years agoSeasoned AceOoh, what mod moves the cake into baking? Not that I mind as the baking skill gives us a nice variety of recipes but still. I have always found it strange to have cakes in cooking when we have the baking skill. But I can understand that as baking is not part of the basegame.
- kurimisarang8 years agoSeasoned AceThat's definitely a broken mod and not a UI overhaul (probably something by TheFoodGroup, if it is then it's already been updated).
I use a bake cupcakes in oven mod and I'm 80% sure this one is still working, though it also moves recipes.
