I had it happen once where he had triplets two alien boys and one human girl

I got a baby that inherited the alien skin but gameplay-wise was just a regular human.

My legacy founder was an alien and his two kids were otherwise regular sims, but one had a blue skin. I can't remember if they had alien interactions. Is it possible to have a kid who has the disguise ability?

I don't think hybrids exist in this iteration of the sims. I could be wrong though, I've been wondering this myself.

No disguise since he was treated as a human. And no powers either, which was a bit of a disappointment.

According to SimsVIP Get to Work guide, if alien has a baby with a human sim, their child will be hybrid. They don't have any alien powers like disguises, brain powers etc. However, they can talk about alien stuff and can do the secret handshake with other aliens. So, alien with no powers but has alien social interactions.

Oh, that's interesting. I guess the game does track alien "purity", and hybrids automatically have no powers, but can produce alien kids with other aliens.

So, from my experience every alien/human pairing will result in a hybrid as described above. But oddly enough in my game, one of those hybrids has given birth to a full-blooded alien herself. Alien skin tone, eyes, voice, ability to disguise, the works. (Her disguise actually keeps her mom’s alien skin, so she’s blue no matter what.) The same mom also given birth to 1 fully human child and 1 hybrid; her hybrid son has human skin but alien eyes and an alien voice.

Alien genetics are weird.

I had a hybrid with green skin (like her father) in the grey generation when I was playing Not So Berry. After that all the sims born into the legacy would occasionally have alien related chat bubbles but no aliens or hybrids aside from her. I didn't know how far it could go!
