So, I Keep Getting Different Answers On This...

@kalaksed I do have a few mods, but none that should affect aliens, or genetics. (I do use the bigger/longer parties and invite any Sim mods, and I have the pose player and teleport statue. Aside from that, it's just CC in there as opposed to gameplay mods.) I kind of wish I could reproduce it too, it's a neat looking family.

I actually just went back into the game and looked at this family in CAS-it turns out that both kids are fully alien as far as the game is concerned. I've included some screenshots of the kids and their mom under the spoiler tags.

So, here is Jessie, the mom (a normal alien hybrid). You can also see her human husband in the family at the bottom.



Here is Harbor, who I assumed was a hybrid because of his skin but you can see his alien trait and disguise. (He's also a twin to Moat, the other human toddler at the bottom.)



And here is his little sister Ocean. (Notice the "disguise" pretty much just turns her into a mini-version of Mom.)

Generation one of my Yomins legacy had some interesting genetics going on. The parents, played before I started writing Simlit, were an alien and a hybrid. 3 of their four children were aliens, the fourth was a hybrid - had purple skin and some alien interactions but no disguise. He was also one of a set of twins. When the father died, the mother remarried and had another son with a human. Again, no disguise but alien traits and skin.

This is so interesting! I had the first hybrid born in my main rotational save just few days ago. Earlier I wasn't sure if I wanted to see weirder skin tones around the neighborhoods, but decided to go for it.

I found any alien baby born of an abduction was all alien - but if the child was born of a human married to an alien they were never pure aliens like the abduction babies.
