After IG post, I think the interior design career will returns

I've said in the other thread, but I wonder if it's more general than interior design. That might be the new career, but the 'requests' in the post also point to creative hobbies, like fashion or painting. It might be a hobbies pack, but with a bit of focus on the new career for now just because that's easier to describe in previews.That said, they might go really hard on buildings. People have been talking about a new trait slot coming up - maybe it's a preference for what kind of home you want to live in? And if you buy the wrong one, or your interior designer gets your commission wrong, you end up really miserable living in a place you don't like.

For the first time in any iteration of the game I'm deeply disappointed with a pack. At the moment, there seems to be little that would be new in the gameplay. I just hope they change my mind on the 25th. Sorry, if that's a downer for those of your who wanted this.

If it's hobbies, that will be coolI'll admit I can't see myself ever using an Interior Design career. I don't use the Stylist Career at all either. I know what I like, and I know that what I like is rarely what's "on trend"But the Build Buy should be pretty neat and versitile.

Did anyone notice the swatch of the tent in the trailer pic was a farm?! Maybe it's a hint? Overall, this pack is amazing so far!

Personally, I think the new b/b and clothes look great. The notion that my sims could make money renovating EA's worst builds is appealing, but I'm cynical enough that I doubt it'll really have enough variety, that it'll be too random, and that it won't actually be able to rate how good a job you did but will just check items off a list like building a venue.

I'm quite looking forward to this pack. I enjoy building and designing, but once I've built my family home, I find I've nothing else to build!

At last, I can start using all the decor options that I don't pick for my own characters. There are kitchen styles and bedroom stuff I've never used that I can finally get into. (I won't need to worry about the house being ideal for play, either, so it's purely aesthetics.

I suspect most folk who spend time on a Sims forum have a deeper, more character-led desires for the game, but I bet there are a whole lot of more casual players for whom design is the heart of the series.

That’s an interesting thought! It could definitely lean towards a hobbies pack, especially since creative fields like fashion, painting, or even sculpture could tie in well. At the same time, focusing on buildings and interior design makes sense, especially if they introduce a new trait system. A preference trait for the type of home or interior style would add an extra layer of realism. Imagine how immersive it would be to see consequences if your Interior Designers in Dubai mess up your dream design! It could lead to all kinds of fun storytelling opportunities.
