Level 7 Public Relations / Account Executive
Charisma and Writing are both 8 skill level.
This is also from a Work at Home goal.
Checked in at a couple venues and tried several moods.
"Blog for followers" are successful and gain followers but even with 5600 followers cannot create a "Trending Blog"

FYI: Clean game with Zero Mods Zero CC and started with a fresh folder.
Repair does not rectify.
