Solved. How do I download sim from gallery?

I never DLed anything from the Gallery, but now that I try, it won't work. So, I must be doing something wrong.

I found this household: https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery/CFAA9261E26211E68270CC1F570176B5

Clicking the Download does nothing. I did enable online content in game settings. I found info online that I had to restart my game to see downloaded content in my library, but after restarting it's still not there.

Do I need to do anything special?

    The download icon changes into a wheel after you download. Also, the gallery is sometimes bugged. :)

    It does change into an animated wheel, so it kinda looks like it's working. The household should automatically be accessible in my game's library even if I play offline, right? Well, if it's bugged I guess the only thing to do is try again later...

    PS: The household is old, so I was not sure if the gallery version was outdated, but I guess the linked page is how it should look like.

    You need to be online and logged in to download. Maybe they have custom content, and that's why you need to restart your game to see them? I once discovered I had lots of sims in Manage Households, but I didn't see them in my library.

    It is a Maxis made household. But I finally got it downloaded. The link I posted was probably from an older version of the gallery. It worked better when accessing the full gallery and looking up the content. Thanks!
