Solved. How do I download sim from gallery?

I never DLed anything from the Gallery, but now that I try, it won't work. So, I must be doing something wrong. I found this household: https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery/CFAA9...

The download icon changes into a wheel after you download. Also, the gallery is sometimes bugged. :)
