I have a little too much money from recently merging two households and am trying to get back to my original amount. The cheat is sims.modify_funds - right? Whenever I put this in nothing happens. It does not say the cheat has failed or whatever. So am I entering this incorrectly?I do not use brackets when entering correct?

You shouldn't have to get a mod for this. It works. What are you typing in?

I think instead of the - amount you justput the amount you want them to have and the game will add or subtract what it needs to to reach that amount

What I would do, with testingcheats on, is type "money (amount)". It's simple and fast and it works. No parentheses, of course. :)

ctrl+shift+c Then type testingcheats enabled then hit enter then type money (amount you want) enter

UI Cheats Extension v1.2

Then right-click on household founds and set money
