Scientist can fit with farming if you want, as there are some plant requirements in that career. You could just have a small farm (I'd go with the cow for the milk rather than llama) and the Scientist could look after a few crops while the other Twin takes care of the animals needs. You'd only need 1 or 2 chickens to get enough eggs for the 2 of them if you are thinking of living off the land.
I think there are a couple of starter farms already in Henford, maybe use one of those? You could swap out any double bed there for 2 singles or a bunk lol.
