Great tips everyone! Thank you all, I learned a lot. My clinic consistently rates 4 stars, but it gets so busy I could work 24 hours, the tip about the registration kiosk was greatly appreciated! Will have to try that. Pet messes are my biggest problem! Why can't the robot vac run automatically? ? I'm contemplating expanding just to make room for more vacs! Having an employee set to just clean is a great tip too!
