Something needs to be done with writing and painting

What we want are balanced careers. The top of each career should offer similar benefits. Maybe one career lets you take more time off and work less while another gives you more money, but they should be balanced enough so that one or two aren't clearly superior to others. This is just bad balancing of gameplay and bad/lazy programming by the developers.
