so overall my game is playing great, no real problems or major glitches... however-my female sim has the soulmate aspiration. I've completed the first two sections of it, and am now on the 3rd part. ...

2. Make them both go in there.
3. Make them insult each other.
4. Get them both angry. This only worked for me when they were both angry.
5. Apologize.

It's not the only way possible but is the best one. Thumb up.
Just to add: to make them angry faster just add an angry pic (enable aura) on the wall.
