Spa day: How to offer a massage on community lot?

I have a couple sims that will be masseurs. It's not a real career, but I'm good at pretending :) This sim is into Wellness, and do some yoga and meditation, to stay in the loop, and offers massage...

@Simmerville because of the lot category. The gazebo idea is only because it looks nice at a park :D and because of Seasons... you need a roof with the rain. I have parks with a community house, that works too. Also you can create a club (if you have Get Together) with your sim and customers.
