My only thought would be to use the packing crate mod. I'm (trying to) play modless at the moment, but when my game was modded that was a god send. I haven't tested it with the awards in particular, but you should be able to pack just about anything. If you install that mod, you can just buy a crate in build, click on it to "enable packing", and then click on basically anything on the lot and you'll have an option to "pack in crate." Then, you can stick the crate in you're sim's inventory, move house, and unpack it when you get there.
I haven't checked on any mods lately so I don't know if it's up to date, but it's a pretty simple object mod really and it lasted through several patches when I was playing with it before. I'll try to track it down when I have a minute, since of course I can't remember who made it off the top of my head. You might be able to find it just by googling tho.
I did try that. Mostly, it malfunctioned. I was able to grab the Charity Event Trophy, but not the other two. Face/palm. Once he got to his new place I had to unpack the crate and place that item back into the family inventory in order to place it on the mantle. EA, why so many steps? This is crazy-insane. Not to mention irritating. I play my game to relax, this is not helpful toward that end. Just sayin'.
Also, I did notice funky things going on with my Sims with the Packing Crate mod in place. Once I made the move and secured the one trophy, I did the buy debug to replace the other two (and they are now both Gold, as he won them) and then after I finished my gaming session yesterday, removed the packing crate mod. I don't expect to ever use it again, sadly. It was a nice idea, but it couldn't recognize the Meet & Greet trophies worth a nutshell taken from a squirrel. It does claim to to updated, too. It just doesn't work as desired. But I do thank you that suggestion, and it did save one of his original awards, at least. It was worth it in the long run. Many thanks. :)
