Specifics of the benefits of each lunar cycle??

They said that you would be able to learn which lunar cycles have a specific benefit. However in the game I still haven't got any information when I hover over the picture of which lunar cycle it is. Anyone figure out what each lunar cycle does differently? The patch notes made it seem like somewhere in the game would give you exact details for whatever cycle you are in.
