Unfortunately, I don't know any... You can buy spell tomes, wands and brooms with bb.showhiddenobjects cheats. Then there are bloodline traits (
trait_Occult_WitchOccult_BloodlineAncient,
trait_Occult_WitchOccult_BloodlineStrong,
trait_Occult_WitchOccult_BloodlineWeak) and then there is a hidden trait that makes it so when your sim appears in the Realm of Magic when they aren't in the active household, they'll keep their clothing (
trait_Hidden_SpellcasterPremade).
Oh, and then there are magic fixup traits that makes it so that when you go through loading screens, they'll have spells and potions learned depending on the fixup traits. Here is the list of those traits:
