Spice Hound Trait

Perhaps try using the cheat
traits.remove_trait SpiceHound
to remove the trait. Then add the trait back again and see if that helps.

I wonder if the trait cheat code is working for everyone else

i have the same issue, it has never worked for me on any of my sims
