Spooky Day isn't fun if you don't have Spooky Stuff

I don't have the Spooky Stuff pack (I had never been particularly interested in it), but the lack of the pack really makes Spooky Day from seasons very difficult. I've only once, across multiple games...

When it comes to the Spooky Stuff pack, even when the pack is installed it won't play a part in Spooky Day. It takes mods for the game to actually include this pack for the holiday and parties.
