Yeah, it's a bummer. Despite the tradition SAYING that alien & vampire interactions are part of it (and, honestly, werewolves & mermaids could probably be in there too), it's actually JUST ghosts. You can also carve a pumpkin from the Spooky pack and that counts, but no amount of things from other packs, or listening to spooky music, or anything works. It's frustrating, and it's one of those elements of non-integration between packs that really breaks the immersion for me.
