Spooky Stuff costumes unavailable for Spooky Day holiday?

Being the huge halloweenie that I am, I made a spooky day holiday in the calendar. However, after clicking on my sim and selecting "wear costume" the spooky stuff costumes aren't listed as options. Is...

Crin can produce this so it's either a bug or they forgot to add that in.
