Not my build, but this one (X-Wing Pilot Home) by Arrkkoss is pretty sweet. I moved George Cahill (the pilot of Old Penelope) into it and renamed him to give him a more Star Wars-y name. He's now a former Rebellion pilot who retired and has become a bit kooky.
