"Start with empty worlds" option?

I would love this! Even though I made myself a custom template save with all residential lots and only one lot each of certain venues to use. Almost all the premades are gone as well. Just the Sages (two of which are my makeovers), the Vatores, plus my makeover Vlad, and that's it for premades. All other Sims are my own Sims put in purposely to be not-in-world and act as 'workers' and friends/partners for whoever I'm actively playing in that particular save.

Not many know this, but we actually could bulldoze from Manage Worlds when the game was first released. At some point they took away that option though. I'd love to know why, I can't think of a good reason. :|
