I have two files, a rotational & a single sim. I always use "save as" when saving, it creates a fresh file & seems to cut down on the risk of file corruption. I'm actually in the process of consolidating sims from about 4 saves, I do like having them all in one place & watching their lives intermingle, but at the same time my worlds are starting to get overcrowded.
