STILL Don't Have Terrain Tools

I even restored my games. I don't know what else to do!

I'm sorry, I haven't used a laptop, so have no idea why laptop mode would do away with the terrain paints. All of the houses I make, with very few exceptions, are downloaded from the Gallery, and I've never had the terrain paints disappear. Sorry I can't be of more help.
