The OP's message would only make sense if it was about false accusation of stealing.
That's why I'd like to know what exactly are those "unwritten rules" that are being imposed on newcomers?
Not every rule must be written, there are things like common sense and universal code of ethics that says that claiming other person's creation as your own is bad.
So unless these "unwritten rules" are absolutely absurd like "you can't upload a Sim with the same name as mine" or "you can't upload Bella Goth with this hairstyle because I did in 2016", there must be a reason for them.
Plus I wouldn't call it "unconstrained creativity" when you take a castle someone spent 30 hours building, replace two beds and reupload.
This game is ESRB T, at 12+ a person normally masters reading well enough to understand what exactly they are being accused of.
Anyway, unless OP points out in a clearer manner how exactly those accusations of theft are unfounded, false or injust, I fail to see why the accused must be protected by any means.
