I can understand a creator being angry that their creation was re-uploaded with their name stripped from the original by line. That is wrong, and the original by was added to give the original creator credit. The original creators control ends when an item is uploaded. Once a creation is uploaded, it belongs to EA. I have seen the harassment that the OP is talking about and I think it's incredibly ugly and bullying.
This is an issue that is long overdue to be addressed by the community manager. There needs to be much clearer guidelines for gallery use and re uploading. The mods here are pretty quick to squash harassment here on the forum, but not so much with comments in the gallery. The OP has a valid point about younger users and users who don't read the language of the original creator. I do follow several creators whose language I do not speak. I have no idea what their comments/descriptions are, I just really like their work. It is unkind and unfair to harass someone for ignorance or not speaking the same language. I hope that this thread, this issue gets the attention and guidance from the community manager that it needs.
