Strays in my house!!
Why are there strays wandering in and out of my house and how do I get them to leave?! What an annoying feature

You can use the lot traits, but lock the doors for all pets except household. That way the strays won't go inside but they will come to your lot. In the save where I play with Catarina, I did that and I added a food bowl and litter box outside so the strays (especially Mayor Whiskers) would be able to take care of their needs.
