Stuff disappearing into household inventory in build mode?

Anyone else having this issue? I am building and furnishing a house. Family lives there but I am building in the build option instead of loading the family and going into build mode. Every time I c...

I only see this happen if an objects was been placed where it normally cannot. When modifying the a room even if it just the next room over the game will move into the household inventory or just delete it because that object shouldn't be able to be placed their normally.
