While The Sims Freeplay does have many awesome things, my love towards it started fading when they started to do these global timed events where sims have to craft things to unlock new things, essentially creating sweatshops unless you are willing to pay money. The first time it happened it was interesting. I was able to complete it all thanks to a glitch. Then came another one and the glitch was patched out. Then another and another and another and another and so on. I even recreated my sims there in the main series to "free them from sweat shops" and to have them "experience new things" (other jobs, university, deaths besides old age etc).
