Right now on the spa front, i'd settle for sims to stop fighting over massage therapists and those therapists to remain with one sim until the massage is complete. same with reflexologists.
it would also be nice if when the yoga instructor says there is a class that there is a reasonable time frame for sims to reach the instructor before any doors close, in addition to the range from the yoga training mat to include more than just 4 yoga mats so 6 sims can learn from the instructor.
Either of the steamers have issues with doors that are placed just outside in between the seat gaps where the sims walk into, that needs looking into. those doors stop being itneractive until i have to go into build mode to move the door or move the wall back one and door with it so it can function all the time reliably.
Sims need to stop walking into the spa in a bad or tense mood all the time, the same with the spa staff, which more often than not in a tense, sad or angry mood perform really bad when you'd expect sims to have a really positive experience.
sometimes the massage stones don't show up on stone massage.
when finishing in a bathtub in the facility, the sim jumps back into everyday outfit instead of dressing back into the towel or robe they were wearing, meaning a trip back to the locker.

should these issues above get resolved i'd like to see a number of other spa items make it in rather than just a bed to lay on, i'd like to see sims in a seated contraption getting massaged that way, and i'd like to see more than just the upper back being massaged all the time. there are more than just the muscles around the arms and lower shoulder blades.
That's just spa items and other bits and pieces.
