I would rank them in the following order:
spa day - my favorite game pack, I like spas irl and this pack have some great CAS and Build items, and also tons of new animations with the yoga poses, massages and meditation.
dine out - I both love and hate this pack, I love downloading nice restaurants from the gallery and inviting my sims for dinner, I hate that this pack constantly gets new bugs with every update. Right now they can't finish a meal and the staff is really bad at cleaning the tables.
moschino - the clothing is pretty bad, which is ironic, but I think the gameplay is pretty good. You get to play as a freelance photographer and you can build a photo studio and take pictures of sims and you can change their clothing and poses, surprisingly good. The career does not have much depth or difficulty to it so the fun comes from coming up with the clothing and the background and lightning in your photos which I like to do a lot so that's why it get's a high score from me.
backyard stuff - very good pack if you have or want to buy Seasons because you get a lot of items for the summer in this one, very good looking CAS items.
cool kitchen - a good pack if you have Seasons and want stuff for the summer because you get ice cream with this one, we also have very few kitchen items.
movie hangout - nice pack if you like to build home cinemas, you get a nice arrange of movies to watch, unfortunately they are bugged right now and you can't finish watching them.
kids room stuff - I don't play with kids too much so I thought this pack was okay, you get a lot of kids clothing which you usually don't get in packs, and you get the voidcritter station which I never played with...
