Stuff packs ain't cheap.
At this point of tike there is 14 stuff packs, each cost 10$ that would 140$ for stuff packs compilation and you would hardly get enough content to expand on the base game and keep you interested for ...

Also some people feel that spending alot of money on DLC is a bit far, even if its not all at one. My nephew cringed when he looked up how much he spent over the years on League of legends.
