EA games

I wanna know who else understands the frustration of playing the Sims 4 mainly it hasn’t been working for over a year and a bit and this year they have done the most updates of all for the past 9 to 10 months my game has been running slow sometimes it doesn’t run at all it freezes and I’ve done everything to fix it. They told me to reboot the laptop. They told me to clear the cashier thing still it doesn’t work the first time it worked for an hour and then went back to normal and then since the update my game moves at 10 second right meaning our asked SIM to do something it takes 10 seconds or more for them to start doing the action during this time the in game timing is well off due to all the freezing and the glitching so when it’s time for my SIM to go to work or go to school, they don’t go to school until 12 o’clock in the afternoon and come back until 10 o’clock at night

I have tried everything to fix this. I have asked for help multiple times and still I receive nothing. I want a refund and more at this point because there’s so much time that I have put into this game and ask for help and I met with this disappointment.

2lprkkexmhsh Have you tried running it with the new memory boost feature in game options under other? There is also a setting for using a laptop in game options, graphics. This will lower the visual aspects a bit though. How many mods are you using? if you have a lot maybe try with a few less, see how that affects your game. If you have a lot of packs maybe try with some disabled. I know it is a real pain not to be able to play with all packs you purchased but worth a try. What specs does your laptop have?

    Hiya Billblogs.

I have tried this. I have also resulted in deleting all my mods (I only have 4packs brought from EA games/sims) uninstalling The Sims game in general deleting all files and save files. And then had to contact EA games and they walked me through clearing the cash and boosting the window or whatever it’s called and it didn’t work my game still run slow, time always freezes and my Sims go to work late or school late. Sometimes they just stand there and do nothing and it gets really frustrating. I’m hoping they stop updating for awhile and it gives me a chance to figure out what’s going on without a new update coming through every week.
