Suggestions for getting 2 households to initially interact without playing both?

I'm not fully sure I get why you don't just use the "travel with" feature to get the two on the same lot.

Or the club feature. You don't even have to know a Sim to add them to a club, they could have club activities. None of which you have to switch households for.

I guess I'm just not understanding how using a mod to force a Sim to a lot is any different then using game features to bring a Sim to a lot.

I really think you could probably achieve most of what you want with clubs alone.
